1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a MailNexus account or using our service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MailNexus generates installation scripts, DNS records, and SMTP credentials to help you deploy a Postfix mail server on a Linux VPS that you own or have authorization to administer. We do not host email, deliver email on your behalf, or provide IP reputation.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use MailNexus or any server configured with it to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, or fraudulent messages.
- Distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property.
- Violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, or any applicable anti-spam or data-protection law.
- Configure servers you do not own or are not authorized to administer.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the wizard to third parties without written permission.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund, and we may report illegal activity to law enforcement.
4. Credits & Billing
MailNexus uses a pay-per-server credit model. One credit equals one VPS configuration. Credits are non-transferable and (unless expressly stated otherwise) do not expire. Prices are listed in USD.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee email deliverability, IP reputation, uptime of your VPS, or that any specific recipient will accept your mail. You are solely responsible for your VPS, your domain, and your sending practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or blacklisting of your IP. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MailNexus harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
