Purpose
MailNexus is built for legitimate transactional and opt-in marketing email. This policy lists activities that are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited content & activities
- Unsolicited bulk email, spam, or "cold email" to scraped lists.
- Phishing, spoofing, or impersonation of any person, brand, or institution.
- Distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, or links to such.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
- Promotion of violence, terrorism, hate speech, or illegal weapons.
- Fraud, pyramid schemes, fake invoices, or financial scams.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
- Violations of the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, or any applicable anti-spam law.
Sender requirements
- You must own or have explicit permission to use the sending domain.
- You must own or have authorization to administer the VPS being configured.
- Every marketing email must include a clear unsubscribe link and your physical address.
- You must honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a MailNexus user is violating this policy, contact us through the contact page with details. We investigate every report.
Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension, termination without refund, and reporting to law-enforcement or anti-abuse organizations such as Spamhaus.
